 Sedona AG Services is partnering with a company in the greater Greenfield, IN area and seeking for a Supply Chain Specialist position that supports the Manufacturing North America business unit. The division manages the supply relationship with multiple contract manufacturers and this role is the primary point of contact for customers and must ensure routine communications with customers and planners.

  • Support planners in the management of POs and delivery dates/quantities; perform goods receipt
  • Work with QA to ensure batches are approved on time and any changes to approval dates are communicated , agreed upon, and reflected in the system
  • Support planners in communicating with customer service regarding supply issues
  • Participate in the Joint Process Teams with the external manufacturers
  • Resolve PO invoices & credit issues
  • Perform routine inventory reconciliations
  • Perform/coordinate physical inventory counts at third party locations
  • Manage inventory through review of slow moving materials, materials nearing expiration/re-evaluation, and inventory accuracies
  • Participate in SAP power user forums
  • Perform inventory movements between warehouses & contract manufacturing sites

First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

SHIFTS: 1ST AND 3RD BOTH AVAIL

CONTRACT: ONSITE

WAGE: $40/HOUR

This role will start off on 3rd shift working from 10:00PM to 6:30AM.
 
As a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor in Dubuque you will be responsible for supervision of facility and production maintenance activities throughout the factory on 3rd shift. In addition, you will:
• Be responsible for leading the skilled trade workforce and contracted service employees to accomplish safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals.
• Oversee job responsibilities include directing daily wage assignments, assigning work priority, management of departmental staffing, schedules, cost, and operating budget.
• Ensure that assigned personnel have appropriate training, work instruction and tools to successfully do their job.
• Manage emergency repairs and work with operations to schedule Preventive Maintenance activities
• Ensure adequate cross-over of work with 1st and 2nd shift maintenance supervisors.
• Lead employee engagement activities, while establishing a positive employee environment through communications, feedback and overall guidance.
• Monitor individual/group performance and take corrective action including discipline, as needed and respond to complaints to ensure the Company and employees adhere to policies, practices, procedures, and work rules.

• 1-3 years engineering or supervisory experience.
• Strong team building skills.
• Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience preferably within a union environment.

Position Summary

This crucial role will act as a liaison bridging client needs with technical field logistics. Their efforts will deepen relationships with existing and new client base and continue the growth of companies reputation and breadth of services throughout the region. A strong emphasis on development will be integrated within this role.

The Construction Manager will lead the construction team in assembling pre-construction estimates/budgets, develop schedules and deadlines to keep development on schedule, and break complex projects into bid packages. A local Northeast Iowa base company is seeking a Greenhouse Construction Building Specialist who will travel 85 – 90% of the time collaborating with subcontractors and Project Managers to install greenhouses across the United States.

 

 

What you get to do:

  • Recruit new subcontractors in all regions of the country to ensure adequate coverage for greenhouse installation.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors on continuous improvement and provide feedback to project management, design and engineering.
  • Quote and coordinate install with subcontractors and project management for each greenhouse project.
  • Provide onsite technical support for customers when they request a site supervisor or to troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage the activities of subcontractors to ensure new construction, repair and building maintenance activities are completed in accordance with established standards.
  • Train subcontractors on established standards.

  • Be the key point of contact for subcontractors in all areas.
