Director of Community and Student Programming

Provide leadership, shared supervision and support to the Dubuque Center College and Career Coaches, Re-Engagement program members, learning center teams, and Adult Literacy team members.   Strengthen the culture of the Dubuque Center, focusing on integrated student and community models of engagement.

Serve as a liaison between academic deans and program developers to increase programming and career pathway opportunities for the Dubuque Center.

Expand the reach of the Success Model by working with supervisors of student-facing departments to incorporate goal-setting for student success metrics. Direct and continuously enhance the implementation of success model policy and procedures, training, and documentation. Report  metrics and streamline data entry/collection for grants, funders, and other reports as needed.

 

Bachelor’s degree required.

Familiarity with workforce trends and needs in Northeast Iowa, as well as skills necessary to enter the workforce. Ability to travel in- and out-of-state, with district-wide responsibilities. Must be a self-starter and possess initiative, customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
