Warehouse Team Lead - Weekends

Works alongside Randstad talent (including taking the same breaks) with the elevated responsibility to
produce & coach at the same time. Contributes operationally, just as any other unit-producing contingent worker.

Hours: 3rd Shift 5am - 5pm Saturday – Monday

Pay: $20.00

Additional Responsibilities Include:
Sets an example of successful behavior while on assignment. This may include punctuality, observance of safety procedures,
productive work habits, & utilizing downtime effectively.

Responsible For:
o Team check-in
o Answering questions related to performing the job
o Communicate potential observed concerns to Randstad that occur on the floor
o Serve as an extra set of eyes for safe behavior
o Act as champion to set the pace of production, drive positive morale, & attendance adherence
o Become a visible & recognizable mentor to your teammates & new Randstad employees

Duties Include:
o Morning check-ins
o Point person for questions on the floor
o Direct people after safety school
o Back-up orientations
o Back-up trainer for onsite job duties
o Trained as Safety Coach
o Monitoring earbud & dress code compliance
