Job Overview
Through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence, encourage VIP customer retention and loyalty. Recruit new memberships for B Connected, increase rated play, and attend to VIP guests’ needs. Circulate on the casino floor assisting guests with questions and requests. Work at the B Connected counter assisting club reps.
- Work and perform duties of a B connected representative including gift shop and box office responsibilities.
- Circulate on the floor and assist VIP customers with requests and questions.
- Identify un-hosted VIP customers on the casino floor via Salesforce and cultivate relationships.
- Identify high value unrated play on the casino floor and encourage the guests to sign up for B Connected.
- Assist with the B Connected VIP lounge.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote B Connected benefits and events.
- Assist with casino promotions including player events, slot tournaments, live entertainment, drawings, etc.
- Assist casino hosts and executive casino hosts with player development efforts and events.
- Recruit new customers and enhance current customer relationships through various methods such as direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence.

Must be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or GEDOne to two years experience in customer serviceMust have excellent oral and written skills and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.Must be flexible in work scheduleProficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, e-mail, and player tracking systems.Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
