Job Overview

Responsible for the successful installation, operation, and maintenance of audio visual systems.

Job Functions

• Coordinate all audio requirements for incoming artists and/or events.
• Set up and operate sound systems for in-house events.
• Maintain audio equipment and related systems.
• Maintain inventory, notify Production Manager of needed supplies.
• Assist convention services with room turnaround as needed.
• Provide property-wide audio visual support as needed.

Job specificationsMust be 18 years or olderOne (1) year of experience in a similar position preferred.Must be thoroughly knowledgeable and skilled in the mechanics of a variety of audio and visual systems.Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.Fundamental understanding of theatrical and concert sound systems.Basic understanding of stage lighting, audio/visual systems, stage rigging, and stage carpentry.Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
