SALES PROFESSIONAL

SALARY: $50K + COMMISSION

LOCATION: DUBUQUE, IA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain professional relationships with customers providing product knowledge and technical advice to ensure customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide price quotes and product information
• Troubleshoot any product related issues
• Maintain and update customer records and sales activity reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5+ years in sales and/or construction
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
• Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Proficient in MS Office, experience with Great Plains a plus
