Location: NE Iowa

Compensation: Up to $95,000 / year

Days Monday – Friday  – Direct Hire

A large equipment manufacturer in NE Iowa is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer industry leader specializing in the design, production, and distribution of heavy equipment used in the construction industry. With a rich history of innovation and excellence, the hiring company is dedicated to producing high-quality, reliable equipment that meets and exceeds customer expectations.

As the Manufacturing Engineer your primary focus is to turn raw material into quality products in the most effective, efficient & economic way possible. You will plan, create, and monitor different methods of manufacturing specific to meeting print designs. You will research and develop the necessary tools and processes to maximize the functional capability of our in-house production assets and personnel.

This is a direct hire opportunity, where the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll.

What we’d like you to bring to the table:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Agricultural Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Working experience in manufacturing ERP system(s) and 3D CAD

• Understanding and knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrical systems
