MANAGER SLOT REPAIR

Job Overview

 As a member of the Slot Technical Support Team the employee needs to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the various video, reel, ETG and poker machines as manufactures update and create new machines and the equipment necessary to service and repair said machines and apply that knowledge to the ongoing slot repair and maintenance program set forth by management.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Adheres to all company and department polices and carries out the instructions of upper management.
2. To be involved in all aspects of machine installs, conversions, parts, software and hardware.
3. Machine moves preparation work, paperwork, moving machine banks with multiple machines, good understanding of how to lift heavy objects (from 50+pounds) correctly to avoid injury. Working knowledge in the correct use of machine moving equipment,  Must have the dexterity to handle small hand tools as well as the ability to use large hand tools. Be familiar with OSHA safety codes on various chemicals and electrical equipment used within the department.
4. Good understanding of slot tracking systems, apps, amd programs.  
5. Through understanding of the Iowa Racing and Gaming regulations and Internal Controls as pertains to the slot operation.
6. Routine slot maintenance:
7. To take assigned shift and work the casino floor, when your subordinates are unavailable.
8. Taking care of both computer system errors and immediate action on machines as needed by the slot floor persons, shift supervisors, technicians and customers.

3-5 years Slot technician experience. 1 year Management experience. Customer service skills are a must have. Read and write english.
