Maintenance Supervisor – Industrial/Manufacturing

Location: Dubuque, IA

Compensation: $85k - $95k / year + up to 8% bonus

A local Dubuque, IA based facility is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will lead a Maintenance team of technicians. The right fit candidate will possess a solid professional Maintenance and team leadership experience. In this role you will plan, schedule and assign work to be accomplished in and be on the plant floor leader. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning, the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible to receive a robust full benefits package.

A snapshot on the responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor:

• Planning, scheduling and assigning work to be accomplished daily, weekly and during planned
• Including; determining the required parts, equipment, and human resources needed to
• complete this work.
• Troubleshoots equipment and develops repair plans and schedules as necessary.
• Recommends and facilitates the procurement of parts and equipment necessary to support
• maintenance activities.
• Supervises daily work activities to ensure quality and quantity of maintenance work is at the
• highest levels.
• Performs all levels of support work to facilitate the existing culture of continuous improvement,
• lean, 5S and training within the maintenance department.

What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:

• Electrical and electronic systems repair, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
• Relevant experience in industrial maintenance and/or industrial maintenance supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CMMS or Enterprise software maintenance management systems.
