Job Overview
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Market available apartments on social media. Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Assist prospective residents with the leasing application process, including completing paperwork and collecting necessary documentation to include Section 42.
- Conduct thorough move-in orientations for new residents, providing information on community policies, amenities, and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available units, pricing, and specials to effectively market properties and maximize occupancy using property management software.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and property upkeep.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Must have real estate license or willingness to obtain within three months
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
