Job Overview
Direct Hire
- Administer various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees.
- Manage employee relations issues effectively and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee training and development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or 2+ years of Human Resources experience strongly preferred.
- Working experience with a HRIS and or talent management system
- Proven Ability to interact with team members and department heads with candor, tact, patience, and diplomacy.
- Organized, detail-oriented and proficient at follow-up.
