Job Overview

Excellent opportunity to begin an exciting career in the casino industry and attend the Dealer Training School Program.

  • Qualified candidates will be able to attend a free four-week class session. 

  • Candidates are expected to attend dealer training school classes Monday through Friday and each class is 4-hours long.  Afternoon and evening classes are available. 

  • These classes are non-paid; however, there may be opportunities to work in other departments while attending this school for which pay will be earned. 
Must be at least 18 years of age.No experience is necessary.Must be able to pass a timed, basic math test.Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and able to grasp, reach and bend.Must be able to quickly and accurately perform basic mathematical functions and calculate payouts mentally.Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
