CUSTOMER SERVICE- SALES ASSISTANT

TEMP TO PERM: 1ST SHIFT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cold calling follow ups
Contacting existing customers
Assist customers with billing questions
Partner and support other customer service reps

QUALIFICATIONS:

Outgoing personality
Strong ability to take initiative
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office
