CARPENTERS AND LEAD CARPENTERS

CONTRACT AND DIRECT HIRE: $27-$30/hour

LOCATION: GALENA, IL

Experience: Seeking a flexible individual, dynamic individual with a minimum five years experience in construction 

Skills: Carpentry, building construction and woodworking required. Use of Excel and construction estimating programs important.  Good written and oral communication skills required.

Duties: This new position leads a restoration crew working on projects together with our community partners. Management of all or portions or restoration and rehabilitation jobs. Adherence, enforcement and training of safety procedures for crew. Schedule and budget management of projects. Recruitment of participants and maintenance of partner and participant relations. Flexibility and willingness to help out in special situations required (providing occasional support to other areas of need, for instance during special events.)
