FRONT DESK SPECIALIST- BILINGUAL
LOCATION: ONSITE, DUBUQUE IA
HOURS: 8AM TO 5PM M-F
WAGE: $18/HOUR
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Greeting customers
  2. Answering phones
  3. Providing guidance for paperwork completion
  4. Updating database with current information
  5. Onboarding/orientating employees
  6. Processing government forms
  7. Answering client questions
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. High technical computer proficiency
  2. Dynamic personality to greet customers
  3. Ability to multi-task 
  4. Confidentiality a must
  5. Strong attention to detail
  6. Bilingual in English and Spanish a must
