AUTOMATION TENDER
LOCATION: DUBUQUE, IA
SHIFT: 1ST SHIFT
WAGE: $22.60
Tends automated press equipment in order to ensure quality products are produced.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set dies in automatic presses using forklifts to move dies and then making necessary manual adjustments
- Set material in cradle using spindle and hoist
- Remove banding from material
- Use computer to make set up adjustments
- Operator automatic presses
- Maintain lubrication levels
- Dump scrap hopper
- Quality checks
- Use measurement and inspection tools
- Run sample parts
- Complete required paperwork
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
- Assist with set-ups
- Forkift certified
- Must pass CRT exam and pass PMA automation training
