Production Team Lead

Shifts:

1st shift: 5am-3:30pm Mon-Thu with potential OT on Fridays

2nd shift: Mon-Thu 2:15pm-12:45am

Wage: $20+/hour based on experience

Duties:

• Communicate daily production plan
• Move personnel on floor based on production needs
• Identify issues and help problem solve
• Ensure continuous flow of production to meet planned output
• Help coach and facilitate training
• Complete audits
• Help process parts
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work individually and as a team
• Some computer experience required
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, lift or move 50 lbs. continuously
