Customer Service/ Insurance:
Summary:
Local insurance company is looking for a full-time, licensed, customer service specialist. Potential candidates must have exceptional customer service skills. This position will include the following: operating the front desk, quoting personal lines insurance, assisting with filing claims, coverage, customer care mail, billing, maintaining vendor relationships.
Full-time: 8:00am-5:00pm
Wage: $18/hr
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/G.E.D and customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional phone skills
Required:
- Must have current/valid Insurance Sales licensure.
