Call Center Representative

Job Overview

A professional employer in Dubuque is needing multiple Client Representatives in their Service Center.  These are To Hire positions with opportunity for tremendous growth within the organization!

$15-$17 per hour starting wage

1st shift Monday-Friday hours

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming Member phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
• Handle Member inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide information related to Member's health plans and benefits
• Computer navigation, data entry and chats

Needed Skills:

• Skill to communicate effectively with customers
• Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment
• Professional work behavior
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities
