Mon-Fri 3:00p - 11:00p

$60- $65k / year

Direct Hire (Best fit candidates will go immediately onto hiring company’s payroll)

Seeking leaders for Production Supervisors for a local hiring manufacturer in the Dubuque area. The right fit candidates will truly enjoy and be passionate about coaching and development of their team and be safety focused.  This will be an on the production floor the entire shift position. 

What you get to do:

• Assign and direct the job assignments of associates throughout the shift to maximize efficiency within the various departments of the operation. Areas to include production, receiving and shipping.
• Cross-train workers so that they can fill in various positions as needed.
• Use metrics and root cause analysis to identify and establish improvement initiatives.
• Enforce all company factory rules, policies, and progressive discipline process.
• Review production schedules and process flows in order to objectively evaluate obstacles preventing product delivery including monitoring internal lead times.

What we need from you:

• 1 + years of manufacturing / production  experience in a leadership role
• Associates degree preferred
• Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead and generate results through others.
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
