Customer Service Specialist - Manufacturing

Job Overview

Sedona Staffing is seeking a self-motivated and proactive candidate to fill a current Customer Service Specialist vacancy for a manufacturer located in Dubuque, IA. 

In this role, a candidate will help develop and maintain working relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.  This role will be required to:

• Provide product information and resolution
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
• Enter customer orders into various systems
• Provide constant updates to customers on deliveries/delays
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates will bring the following skills to this position:

• Ability to operate independently
• Organization and timely communication
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Previous Sales experience is helpful but not a required skill in this role
