Job Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking candidates for an Office Manager position for a local company in the Dubuque area! Candidates will start by learning the business and eventually grow into Office Manager role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing general office operation.
- Processing payroll for company employees.
- Processing Accounts Payable/Receivable.
- Managing employee benefits & files.
- Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Purchasing company supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Five years of experience in office administration/accounting.
- Office management experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Detail oriented & dependable
Pay: Starting at $45K - $55K
